We are looking to hire a Certified Preschool Teacher (general education) for our Universal Pre-k (UPK) program.
Preschool Teacher – Gen Ed.
Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons tailored to the needs of each child.
Work closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Regularly assess and monitor the progress of children, adjusting instructional strategies and interventions as needed.
Implement behavioral management techniques to address challenging behaviors and promote positive social skills.
Maintain accurate records of student progress, behavior, and communication with parents and other team members.
A bachelor's or master's degree in PreK-3.
Possession of appropriate PreK-3 teaching certification.
Previous experience working with preschool-aged children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other professionals.
Patience and empathy are essential qualities when working with young children who have diverse learning needs.
The ability to adapt instructional strategies to meet the individual needs of each child.
