The Graduate Assistant supports the Human Resources Department by assisting with onboarding, compliance activities, training administration, records management, and special projects. This position provides valuable experience in higher education human resources while supporting daily departmental operations. Primary Responsibilities Assign and track completion of mandatory employee training. Monitor and assist with new hire onboarding processes. Track and support Form I-9 completion and compliance. Maintain and organize confidential employee records and files. Assist with special projects, research. Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

The graduate assistant must successfully enroll as a full-time student in a Graduate Program. Qualified candidates must have at least an overall 3.0 undergraduate GPA to be considered for admission to the GPE. This two year position is available beginning August 2026. The graduate assistant can work up to 15 hours per week. Compensation for this position will be offered as tuition remission and an hourly rate of $15.00 for hours worked.
