The instructor is responsible for preparing lesson plans and teaching medical assisting courses using adult learning methodologies. They must evaluate student performance, track attendance, and participate in campus administrative activities.
Candidates must have at least four years of practical experience in a medical environment with hands-on procedural knowledge. A professional certification as an RMA, CMA, or CCMA is required.
