What You’ll Do Teach engaging classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you!) Create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where kids can build confidence and skills Deliver an outstanding experience for children and parents — we treat our members like family Lead classes, birthday parties, and other gym activities with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm Help children learn through movement, play, and purposeful instruction What We’re Looking For A genuine love of working with children — this is non-negotiable A bubbly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills with both kids and adults High energy, hustle, and the ability to lead a room A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic Experience with children is a big plus (teaching, coaching, camps, daycare, nannying, child development, OT, etc.) Gymnastics, dance, cheer, fitness, athletics, martial arts, or related experience is helpful, but not required Availability for a consistent weekly schedule Ability to pass a background check Schedule: We are hiring for full-time and part-time roles. Our schedule typically includes: Morning shifts: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM Evening shifts: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM Weekend classes and birthday parties as needed Flexibility and reliability are important.
