Candidates must have an associate degree in urban studies, early childhood, or social work, or at least 2 years of experience in human services or a similar field. A valid driver's license is required, and bilingual skills are preferred.
Catholic Charities is seeking a few candidates who want to make a difference to join our Help Me Grow Program as a Home Visitor in Cuyahoga County. In this role you will work with pregnant mothers, caregivers and their children to promote healthy child development and positive interactions between parent/caregiver and child. You'd be responsible for engaging families who have been referred to the program; complete home visits, develop goals, conduct screenings, parenting education and referrals to resources.
