Responsible for the care, supervision, and classroom management of children across various age groups in accordance with licensing standards. Supports lead teachers by assisting with lesson plans, meal service, and maintaining required adult-to-child ratios.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for those with training or interest in child development. Candidates must be able to lift 40 lbs, pass background checks, and adapt quickly to changing classroom environments.
