Responsible for the care, supervision, and classroom management of toddlers in accordance with licensing standards. Develops age-appropriate lesson plans and maintains positive relationships with families and staff to support preschool readiness.
Requires a high school diploma and a minimum OCCRRA Career Pathway Level 1, with experience in a toddler classroom setting. Candidates must be able to lift 40 lbs and pass required background and medical screenings.
