The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging classroom environment and implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum for infants, toddlers, or preschoolers. They must also maintain regular communication with parents regarding child achievements and partner with leadership to support center enrollment.
Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of professional teaching experience. An associate degree in Early Childhood Education and one year of experience are preferred.
