Description Looking for a meaningful part-time job making a difference? Whether you’re starting your career, exploring new opportunities, or looking for meaningful part-time work, join us as a K-5 Youth Development Specialist in a fun, flexible after-school program supporting elementary students in Sioux Falls, Harrisburg, and Brandon. If you’re passionate about youth development, education, or child engagement, this is a great way to gain experience and make a real impact in your community.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For: Communication & Reliability: Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with youth and families, along with reliability and punctuality to ensure consistent programming and care. Education & Experience: Previous experience or education in a related field is helpful but not required. CPR certification is required, with training provided if needed. What We Value: Candidates who are passionate about youth development and committed to fostering inclusive, supportive environments.
