Requirements

What We’re Looking For: Communication & Reliability: Strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with youth and families, along with reliability and punctuality to ensure consistent programming and care. Education & Experience: Previous experience or education in a related field is helpful but not required. CPR certification is required, with training provided if needed.
