The Paraprofessional supports teachers and school staff in providing a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment for students. Reporting to the principal or campus administrator, the Paraprofessional assists with classroom instruction, student supervision, and daily classroom operations.
The Paraprofessional works closely with the classroom teacher to support student learning, reinforce instruction, and help maintain positive classroom culture. This role requires a reliable, student-centered team member who builds positive relationships with students, supports diverse learners, and contributes to a well-organized and supportive classroom environment.
Support teachers and school staff in creating structured, supportive classrooms where all students receive the guidance, supervision, and encouragement needed to succeed academically and socially.
All final candidates for this position will be asked to arrange three reference checks one of which must be with a former manager.
Background Screening Requirement This position requires successful completion of a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, in accordance with House Bill 531 (2025).
