The Lead Teacher is responsible for implementing daily lesson plans and leading classroom instruction using the Mind and Body Matters curriculum. They must maintain a safe, positive learning environment and communicate professionally with parents and staff regarding child progress.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in a licensed childcare setting. CPR and First Aid certifications are required, while a CDA or Oklahoma Competency Certificate is preferred.

$15.87- $17.13 per hour. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or other benefits.
