We are looking for a clinician who is fluent in Spanish to deliver compassionate care to our pediatric patients, contribute to the multidisciplinary team, and collaborate with families to deliver a plan of care.

ResponsibilitiesConduct pediatric patient assessments and evaluations to determine their physical condition, limitations, medical histories, and personal goalsConfer with physicians, patients and their families, nurses, therapists, social workers, and other members of a patient's care teamDevelop a treatment plan for pediatric patients with specific goals and tasks that will help them meet those goalsAssess pediatric patient's progress against goals and prepare reports for healthcare providers and insurance agenciesComplete all clinical notes in a timely manner using the company’s EMR systemMaintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulationsQualificationsDegree from an accredited Speech Therapy programCurrent and unrestricted TX Speech Therapy license; or ability to applyAt least three years of experience as a pediatric speech therapist is preferredContinued education requirements maintainedCompassionate and caring demeanorCurrent CPR certificationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be fluent in Spanish Hours: Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 am - 6:00 pm CST and Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CSTJob Type: W2- Full time to work 40 hours per week Office Location: 810 S Mason Rd, Suite 315, Katy, TX 77450Compensation $55.00 - $65.00 per hourWhy Join Us?
