We are seeking a Toddler Lead Guide who will thoughtfully lead the classroom and inspire both children and team members. Classroom community consists of 12 toddlers ages 2-3 with a teaching team of 2 teachers: Lead Teacher and 1 Assistant.
Has experience working with toddlers (Montessori experience preferred) Holds or is pursuing Montessori certification (or is eager to begin) Is confident leading a classroom and guiding assistants Brings a calm, nurturing presence and strong observational skills Values consistency, communication, and building strong relationships with families Is passionate about child development and respectful caregiving practices
