In this role, you will provide individualized and small-group instruction designed to meet the diverse needs of students with disabilities. Your work will directly support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) while maintaining compliance with state and district guidelines.

You will partner closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create a structured and encouraging learning environment where students feel confident and supported. Whether working in a resource or self-contained setting, your instruction will empower students to reach meaningful milestones.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education. Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement. Previous experience in instructional support or self-contained classroom settings preferred.
