The instructor is responsible for delivering nursing education through course planning, classroom and clinical instruction, and student advising. They must also monitor student progress and ensure compliance with state licensing and regulatory boards.
Candidates must hold at least a Master's degree in Nursing and a current unrestricted Florida RN or APRN license. A minimum of two years of full-time nursing practice is required, with teaching experience preferred.
