About the role

Support and care for children aged 1 month to 7 years by implementing enriching daily activities. Act as a floater to provide break coverage and support across various classrooms based on staffing needs.

At Discovery Village Child Care Center, every classroom deserves a confident, compassionate educator who can step in seamlessly to provide exceptional care and meaningful learning experiences.

As a Full-Time Certified Teacher

Floater & Break Coverage, you are an essential part of making that vision a reality.

In this role, you will support children ages 1 month through 7 years by providing high-quality care, education, and supervision in classrooms throughout the center.

As an EEC Certified Teacher, you will work as part of each classroom's teaching team, partnering with fellow educators to maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Whether you're supporting routines, facilitating learning experiences, covering teacher breaks, or leading a classroom when needed, you'll help ensure every child receives consistent, high-quality care throughout the day.

Each day brings new opportunities to build meaningful relationships with children, collaborate with teachers across all age groups, and contribute to the success of every classroom you visit. Your flexibility, professionalism, and ability to quickly become a trusted member of each teaching team help provide continuity of care while upholding the exceptional standards Discovery Village families have come to expect.

This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is passionate about creating joyful, child-centered learning experiences wherever they are needed.

If you believe children are capable, curious, and full of potential—and you want to be part of a team that inspires wonder every day—we'd love to meet you.
