The Assistant Rowing Coach supports the head coach in the daily operations of the rowing program. Key duties include providing instruction during practices and regattas, developing training plans, and analyzing post-competition performance.

Reporting to the head coach, this position’s primary responsibility is to aid the head coach in day to day operations of the rowing program.
