The Assistant Swim Coach supports the head coach in the daily operations of the swim program. Primary duties include providing instruction during practices and meets, creating training plans, and identifying prospective student-athletes.

Reporting to the head coach, this position’s primary responsibility is to aid the head coach in day to day operations of the Swim program.

Candidates should have collegiate swimming experience and preferably 1-2 years of previous coaching experience. The role requires the ability to work nights and weekends and travel with the team during the season.
