The coach is responsible for leading group workouts and personal training sessions while fostering a motivating environment for athletes of all ages. They must adapt training programs to individual needs and ensure athlete safety through proper form and technique.
Candidates must have a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification and at least one year of strength and conditioning experience. A bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field is preferred.
