Experience Functional behavior assessments(FA) and ability to analyze data and make data based decision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team members.
Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data accurately.
Familiarity with electronic data collection systems and behavior tracking software.
Training in trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 40 Hours Weekly
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges and proficiency in data-based decision-making are required.
