The Associate Registrar is a student facing position for Graduate Medical Sciences, the graduate arm of Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine. The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of the daily operation of the Registrar's Office, including working with the GMS Registrar in tasks related to student records, academic performance and registration activities for over 1100 students. The Associate Registrar will work closely with the GMS and University Registrars to develop and refine new policies, procedures and work-flows. This role serves as a key administrator responsible for maintaining student data integrity and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and FERPA regulations.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, the ability to multitask, work well as a member of a team, manage multiple priorities independently, and the professionalism to represent the graduate school to students and faculty as well as internal and external stakeholders.
