Student Success Advisor provides guidance and support for the college’s undergraduate students at Tennessee Tech University. As a member of the college’s Student Success Center team, this position provides comprehensive academic advising and supports holistic student success by consistently monitoring and communicating with their assigned advisees regarding academic, student life, and career development resources and programs, tutoring, and connecting with their major of interest or academic program/college. The position will foster students’ intellectual and personal development towards academic success, major selection, and academic plan development that aligns with strengths aspirations, and advise students on university policy and procedures.
