Market context

Tennessee athletic training roles stay selective

In Tennessee, Athletics Training Specialist II roles typically draw steady demand from schools and sports programs that need licensed support for injury prevention, evaluation, and return-to-play coordination. These jobs are competitive because employers usually want a bachelor’s degree, NATA Board of Certification, and Tennessee licensure or eligibility, plus hands-on athletic training experience. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then confirm your licensure status and prepare examples of field coverage and athlete care.
