Play Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Swim Instructor to lead youth swim lessons at the TrailMark community pool. The instructor will be responsible for teaching fundamental swim skills, water safety, and confidence in the water in a fun, structured, and supportive environment. This is a contractor-based role ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and creating a positive learning experience. Program Details Season: April – October Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays Session Length: 5-week sessions Class Schedule 4:00 – 4:30 PM – Little Minnows (Ages 3–5) 4:30 – 5:15 PM – Junior Fish (Ages 6–8) 5:15 – 6:00 PM – Power Dolphins (Ages 9–12) Class Size Each class will have approximately 6–8 children, allowing instructors to provide individualized attention and maintain a safe learning environment. Compensation This position is a 1099 independent contractor role. Instructors receive 60% of all registration revenue for each session. Private Lesson Opportunities available.
