Gymnastics Instructor - Goochland YMCA

• The Goochland Family YMCA is seeking part time energetic and experienced individuals to facilitate our gymnastics classes with the children in our gymnastics program!
• DUTIES of a Gymnastics Instructor Gymnastics instructors will develop and implement a successful, engaging and fun program for gymnastics participants.
• Instructors must be available during the week and weekends.
• QUALIFICATIONS of a Gymnastics Instructor We are looking for gymnastics instructors who enjoy working with children and have experience with basic gymnastics knowledge.
• Experience demonstrating appropriate spotting techniques and other skills are also required.
• Instructors may be required to move equipment with assistance, up to approximately 100 pounds and spot (catch or lift) children of approximately 100 pounds.
• Must have the visual and auditory ability to respond to critical incidents and the physical ability to act swiftly in an emergency situation.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications are desired.
