• You’ll work one-on-one with children with autism in their homes, daycare, or in the community — turning everyday moments into opportunities for learning and progress.
• No sitting behind a screen all day — this is a hands-on role where every session is different.

Requirements

In college or recently graduated (psychology, education, healthcare a plus — but not required) Reliable, patient, and energetic Enjoy working with kids (this matters more than experience) Experience with children is a plus (babysitting, camps, coaching, teaching assistant, caregiving, etc.) Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule (especially PM hours)
