The Resilience Coach creates a safe and supportive environment for students through mentorship, enrichment, and academic support. Key duties include leading recreational activities, facilitating homework help, and ensuring student safety and well-being.
A high school diploma is required, with preferred experience in childcare, camps, or youth organizations. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a passion for youth development, with CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
School-Based Program Site We have several programs across the Atlanta area. We are looking for candidates who would be comfortable working at any of our program sites in the Atlanta area.
Reports To: Head Coach/Site Leadership
We are looking for candidates who are available to work all five days for the full duration of the shifts. We cannot accommodate partial shifts at this time.
Pay: $20-25/hour, based on experience and region

Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for youth development. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to actively participate in indoor and outdoor activities.
