Provide one-on-one mental health and disability interventions for children with special needs in an early childhood setting. Support the implementation of Individualized Education and Behavior Plans while modeling behavior management techniques.
Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma, with an Associate Degree and ECE Preschool Certification preferred. Experience working with children under five who have complex needs is required.

As a Teacher Assistant One-on-One, you will provide one-on-one mental health and disability services and interventions to enrolled child with special needs. Support implementation of curriculum activities and materials in accordance with Individualized Education and/or Behavior Plans. Assist with and model behavior management techniques, including the use of Conscious Discipline. Assist teachers in creating an inclusive environment.

between $18.92 - $24.15/hr. dependent on education and experience
