The teacher will deliver standards-based History and AP History courses to high school students while managing five sections of classes. Responsibilities include planning lessons, grading, collaborating with department members, and integrating technology into the curriculum.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in the subject discipline is required, with a teaching credential or Master's degree preferred. Candidates should have experience teaching College Prep and AP History and be committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Has a passion for teaching History and related disciplines at the secondary level and is skilled at working with high-school aged students.
