About the Role: We're looking for someone who:

Has previous infant experience in a daycare or child care center Enjoys working on a growing, supportive team Provides personalized care and support to students Helps new families feel confident and supported with their infants Is excited to learn and grow within a communicative, collaborative environment What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Experience working with infants in a licensed child care setting A nurturing approach that supports children as they lead their own learning through play Comfort collaborating with Lead Teachers and other classroom staff Comfort with positive classroom management techniques A passion for high-quality, hands-on care and education for our youngest learners We interview daily and are building out our infant, toddler, and preschool teams — so if you're a new or experienced teacher who loves working with babies, we'd love to hear from you!
