The Lifeguard at The Webb Schools is responsible for providing a safe and secure aquatic environment for students, faculty, staff, and guests during scheduled swim practices, competitions, instructional programs, and other approved aquatic activities. Working under the direction of the Director of Athletics, the Lifeguard actively monitors the pool, enforces facility rules, responds to emergencies, and supports the successful operation of the aquatic program. This role is committed to promoting safety, professionalism, and a positive experience while reflecting Webb's mission and values.
Maintain current lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications.
Follow all school policies, health and safety regulations, and emergency action plans.
Complete required incident and accident reports in a timely manner.
Promote a culture of safety, respect, and responsibility for all pool users.
