Market context

Massachusetts school support RN roles remain selective

In Massachusetts, school support staff roles for registered nurses are often shaped by steady demand for student health coverage, care coordination, and medication support across school settings. These positions can be competitive because they require an active RN license, a valid driver's license, and related experience, with pediatrics, young adults, and medication teaching preferred. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time on the original posting, and confirm your experience matches the travel and on-call expectations before applying.
