Athletic Coaches - North Phoenix Prep
The Athletic Coach is responsible for building a competitive sports program while fostering character, morals, and sportsmanship in scholar-athletes. Key duties include conducting daily practices, managing team rosters, and serving as a liaison between parents and administration.

The Athletic Coach builds and maintains a competitive program and believes competitive greatness is byproduct of hard work, morals, sportsmanship, and overall character. Great Hearts Athletics coaches build a legacy, develop character and skill, and impact positively the lives of the scholar-athletes who have been placed in their care.
At minimum high school diploma/GED, bachelors degree preferred.
Requires but is not limited to standing, sitting, repetitious hand and body movements, bending, squatting, and reaching. Running, jumping and other rapid movements may also be required. May be required to move or position equipment up to 15 pounds approximately.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal history background check and fingerprint clearance in accordance with state requirements.
May need to travel locally for training and professional development opportunities.
