Visit our Career Page for full details Who We're Looking For Qualified Teachers 18+ years old High school diploma or GED CDA, associate's, or bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education 6–12 months of experience in a licensed preschool or childcare setting Infant & Toddler Caregivers 18+ years old High school diploma or GED 12–24 months of experience working with children under age three in a licensed setting Required infant/toddler training (training available if needed) New to Early Childhood Education? If you're passionate about working with children but don't yet meet all PATCH qualifications, ask about our limited Teacher Aide opportunities. We'll help you complete the required training—including paying for your CDA—to grow your career with us. Not qualified yet? We may have limited Aide positions available while we help you complete training to meet PATCH Caregiver qualifications. (Pay range: $17–$18.50/hour) We even cover the cost of your CDA!
