Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required and a master's degree and collegiate playing experience is preferred. Must be committed to a philosophy that emphasizes academic priorities for student-athletes as well as the importance of good citizenship on and off the playing field. Role models appropriate behavior and conduct to support the image and reputation of the athletics program. Strong understanding of various coaching techniques and a willingness to learn new methods of instruction. Must possess a valid drivers license. Campus Safety and Welfare Responsibilities: This position is designated as a Campus Security Authority (CSA) in accordance with the Clery Act. This position is required to report Clery qualifying crimes to the Department of Public Safety and complete annual training about your reporting responsibilities under the law. Physical Requirements: Fingering: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling.

• Compensation: The expected annual salary for this posting is between $38,000 - $43,000. Offers are based on factors such as qualifications, relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and market and organizational considerations.
