Market context
Clinical adjunct faculty roles in New Jersey nursing programs often reflect steady demand for experienced clinicians who can teach while maintaining current practice knowledge. These positions are competitive because schools typically look for an MSN, an active RN license, and, for graduate instruction, a New Jersey APN license with national board certification; recent advanced practice experience also matters.
