The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will consult and provide training for parents, teachers, and community members while collaborating with team members in the child's educational environment. Responsibilities also include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and providing supervision to RBTs.
Candidates must have a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field, with a preference for Behavior Analysis emphasis. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work well within a team.

Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Behavior Analysis emphasis preferred Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written) Good problem-solving skills as well as the ability to take direction and work well within a team. Physically able to respond quickly from any position, walk quickly or jog short distances, stand on feet for a minimum of 15 minutes, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must pass background check.
