Assist in implementing classroom curriculum and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children's exploration and play. Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to manage routines and communicate progress to parents and guardians.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, and candidates must meet state licensing requirements for assistant teachers. Physical ability to lift 30-40 pounds and engage in active play with children is essential.

Must meet all state licensing requirements for assistant teachers. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within a designated timeframe after hire). Ability to actively engage with children throughout the day, including sitting on the floor, bending, lifting, and participating in indoor and outdoor activities. Must be able to lift up to 30–40 pounds. Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and staff.
