Family Service League is seeking a full-time Pre-School Teacher’s Aide for our UPK Program. The Teacher’s Aide will assist the teacher in providing support in the classroom and working within the UPK guidelines. The Teacher’s Aide will be assisting the teacher and students in the day-to-day operation of the classroom and will participate and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a safe, positive atmosphere and ensure the well-being of children at all times.
*10-Month position paid salaried

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
At least 6 months experience working in a classroom or pre-school setting is preferred.
Must possess the ability to communicate in a positive and empathetic manner with children.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills required.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office required.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Physical activities require considerable use of arms and legs and moving of the whole body, such as bending, pushing, pulling, walking, stooping, and handling of various types of materials.
Heavy lifting may be required.
