You Compensation: $95,000 starting (tiered salary based on experience and certification year) $5,000 Sign-On Bonus: We value your commitment to our team, and we offer a generous sign-on bonus to be paid out half at 3 months, the remaining half at 6 months. Yearly performance based bonuses based on KPI's Receive $1,500 in CEU reimbursement, which can also be applied toward travel expenses for conferences Manageable billable expectation: 25 hours a week with a 40 hour work week to provide balance for billable and non-billable responsibilities! Ongoing teacher collaboration and support for the childcare classroom. Observe and provide support to children who may not yet have a diagnosis, helping to identify and address behavioral challenges early on. This is applied behavior analysis woven into everyday life.
