The Lead Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing classroom and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum based on the Reggio Emilia philosophy. They must build strong relationships with families and collaborate with assistant teachers to support the whole child's development.
Candidates are required to have previous experience in early childhood education and meet Delaware licensing requirements. A CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in ECE or a related field is preferred.
