As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—an evidence-based therapy that helps children reach their fullest potential.
No ABA experience? We've got you covered. We offer comprehensive paid training, ongoing clinical supervision, and continuous support from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), so you'll feel confident and supported every step of the way.
What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)? Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based therapy that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities build important life skills. Through engaging, individualized sessions, Behavior Technicians teach communication, social interaction, daily living, play, and coping skills while helping reduce challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement. The goal is to help each child become more independent, confident, and successful in everyday life.

What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred) Experience working with children is a plus, but not required Available a minimum of 15 hours per week Afternoon/evening availability between 1:00 PM and 8:00 PM Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance and registration Willing to travel up to 25 miles from your home for client sessions Strong communication, professionalism, and organizational skills Comfortable learning data collection and behavior intervention techniques Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
