The Learning Experience – Hudson Yards is seeking a caring and dependable Assistant Infant Teacher to support our youngest learners during the most important stages of early development.
Working alongside the Lead Teacher, you'll help create a safe, nurturing classroom where infants build trust, explore their surroundings, and reach important developmental milestones.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with feeding, diapering, naps, and daily infant routines
Support sensory activities and age-appropriate learning experiences
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
Observe children's development and communicate with the teaching team
Build positive relationships with children and families
Follow all New York State and NYC licensing requirements
Qualifications: High school diploma required
Infant or childcare experience preferred
Patient, dependable, and nurturing
Must meet New York State childcare licensing requirements
