We are seeking a caring and dependable Toddler Assistant Teacher to support our early childhood program. This role works closely with the Lead Teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for toddlers while assisting with daily routines and learning activities. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and passionate about supporting children’s growth during the toddler years.
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Experience working with toddlers or in a childcare/preschool setting preferred. Understanding of early childhood development and toddler care. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Patient, reliable, and supportive when working with children.
Experience in a toddler classroom or daycare setting. Knowledge of play-based learning and age-appropriate activities. Ability to maintain structured routines and a safe environment. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
