The teacher will deliver math instruction to grades 4-6 using a Project-Based Learning approach and hands-on activities. Responsibilities include designing engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects.
The Anchored School is seeking a passionate and innovative Grades 4–6 Math Teacher who can make mathematics exciting, engaging, and meaningful through Project-Based Learning.
We are looking for an educator who believes that students learn best by doing—using games, hands-on activities, real-world problem solving, STEM challenges, and collaborative projects to build a strong foundation in mathematics.
The ideal candidate is someone who can transform math into an exciting experience. We want a teacher who enjoys creating hands-on projects, incorporating educational games, encouraging mathematical thinking, and helping students understand not just how to solve problems, but why math matters in everyday life.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a Texas teaching certification preferred. Experience teaching upper elementary or middle school math and a passion for student-centered instruction are required.
