The Learning Experience – Bushwick is seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for educators who enjoy supporting young learners during their most important developmental years while creating engaging classroom experiences that inspire confidence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities: Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences using The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum

Qualifications: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
CDA accepted
Candidates with 5+ years of professional childcare experience and a high school diploma will also be considered
Previous classroom teaching experience required
Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Must meet all New York State and NYC childcare licensing requirements
