$15 - $20 / HOUR
Provide direct leadership and instruction to participants of all ages to improve water safety and swimming skills. Ensure proper technique and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment according to YMCA standards.
Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to pass a drug screen and Level 2 background check. Certifications in CPR, AED, First Aid, and Swim Instruction are preferred but in-house training is available.
