Market context

Florida youth specialist roles stay locally competitive

In Florida, Youth Specialist positions in middle school settings are often tied to after-school, enrichment, and student support needs, so openings can draw steady interest from candidates with child-focused experience. These roles are competitive because employers often prefer applicants with child care experience and CPR/First Aid certification, while the posted requirements and benefits here are AI-summarized from the original job description to save you research time. If you are considering applying, confirm your high school diploma or equivalent and highlight any direct work with middle school students when you submit your application.
