Four Oaks partners with the Johnston Community School District to provide services directly within the schools. This posting is to serve JCSD elementary schools. Therapists complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, and individual, family and/or group therapy. Therapists utilize assessments to determine mental or behavioral health needs and make referrals needed deemed appropriate to improve client outcomes. Therapists interface with family members, school personnel, medical and psychiatric contacts, referring worker, assuring best outcomes for clients. If providing school-based services, Therapists collaborate and communicate with school personnel regarding referrals and active clients. Therapists are able to obtain additional training to help advance them in their practice. Therapists have the opportunity to attend case consultation group with colleagues as another avenue for professional growth. Therapist are supported through regular supervision, agency supports, and developed policies and procedures. Supervision hours towards full-licensure are available, if needed. Why Work here?   • InformationWhat you need: To qualify you must have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Eligible licenses include: LMSW, LISW, LMHC, tLMHC, LMFT or tLMFT. Four Oaks will provide supervision towards full advanced licensure.
