Oversee all on-field responsibilities for the Women's Club Rugby Team, including facilitating practice plans and teaching strategy. Manage team dynamics and collaborate with the club's executive board and Campus Recreation staff.
This position will oversee all aspects of Women’s Club Rugby Team’s on field responsibilities.
The coach will work with team captains to facilitate practice plans and teach drills.
They will teach strategy, attend every practice, or competition, and the coach will help manage team dynamics.
The coach will also work with the club’s executive board, who oversee all of the team’s administrative responsibilities including scheduling and fundraising efforts.
This position reports directly to the Assistant Director of Club Sports and indirectly to all Campus Recreation professional staff members and the team’s officers.
The Women’s Club Rugby team falls under Campus Recreation and is not associated with Athletics.

This is a part-time, temporary, non-unit, non-benefited position.
Anticipate 6-8 hours per week at $15/ hour

Requires a high school diploma or GED and previous experience coaching or participating in rugby. Must obtain First-Aid, CPR, AED, and Blood Borne Pathogen certifications within 90 days of hire.
